2.The said letter reveals that, the petitioner has been promoted to the post of Non-Medical Supervisor at Narikkalpatti Primary Health Centre, Palani HUD, as per his own request. 3.In view of the above, the grievance expressed by the writ petitioner has been redressed and hence, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, if at all any other grievance exists as of now, the writ petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority for redressal in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
