This writ petition has been filed for disposal of the petitioner's application dated 09.04.2014 for the renewal of mini bus permit.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner himself is no more.

3. The petitioner's counsel sought time to bring the legal representatives of record.

4. At this stage the learned Government Advocate assured that if the legal representatives submit an application for renewal of the mini bus permit, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
