ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the private respondents are harassing him has lodged a complaint and has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to conduct investigation. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.377 of 2025 has been registered as against the private respondents for the offence under Sections 115(2), 118(1) BNS and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.
