ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fourth respondent made a submission that the impugned order of suspension has already been revoked and the petitioner was reinstated. 2.In view of the fact that the allegations against the petitioner are serious, the respondents are bound to proceed disciplinary proceedings in accordance with law and by following the procedure contemplated.

3.With these observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
