ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 2.The petitioner's complaint prima facie discloses commission of cognizable offences. Since the person named in the complaint is working as Branch Manager in a nationalised bank, there was some confusion as to whether the second respondent can register the FIR or not. It is now clarified by the Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents if the value of the complaint is below three crores, the jurisdictional District Crime Branch can very well entertain the complaint. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 27.11.2021 at 11.00 a.m. The second respondent is directed to register an FIR based on the said complaint and take action as per law.

3.The writ petition is allowed.
