This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from interfering in the civil and matrimonial dispute between the petitioners and the fifth respondent pertaining to the subject property in M/s.ABC Maideen Mahal, 'D' Block Bus Stop, Barathi Nagar, Ramanathapuram.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,05.09.2024), the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fifth respondent , enquiry was conducted in current paper and the same was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
