PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to consider the representation dated 02.08.2021 sent by the petitioner to forthwith disconnect the illegal electricity supply from the adjacent vegetable market to Sury.No.174/1A, Paravai Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai subject matter of decree dated 23.3.2016 in OS No.185/2016 on the file of VI Additional District Court, Madurai, to remove the electrical poles and initiate criminal prosecution for theft of electricity under Section 135 of the Electricity Act against the respondents 5, 6 and persons involved and assisted in the commission of offence.
