This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.78 of 2023 and file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchathiram within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the police will complete the investigation and file charge sheet within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
