PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records on the file of the first respondent in pursuant to the impugned order passed by him in Case No.42510/Visaranai/C/2014, dated 30.04.2015 and consequential order passed by the third respondent in A6/5533/14, dated 10.06.2015 and quash the both as illegal and arbitrary.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the first respondent herein, under which, a show cause notice was issued, why a penalty should not be imposed as against the third respondent herein and further directions were issued for furnishing the information sought for by the information seeker. 2/4

2. A perusal of the impugned order in the writ petition clearly indicates that the order of the first respondent is directed only as against the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner has no locustandi to challenge the same. The consequential order of the third respondent, dated 10.06.2015, is a communication to the Panchayat President, namely, the writ petitioner. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, she is no longer the Panchayat President.

3. In view of the above said facts, no further orders are called for. The writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
