ORDER

None appears for the writ petitioner.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of legal heir certificate. Her father is said to have passed away on 19.06.1960. The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh application before the second respondent. The petitioner shall also enclose the death certificate of her father. If that is not possible, the petitioner may place relevant materials to show that her father is no more. The second respondent will hold an enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's application for issuance of legal heir certificate on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of fresh application from the petitioner.

3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
