ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent herein to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 1/4
12.06.2024 given in person, within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that the enquiry is pending before the first respondent and seeks two weeks time for completion of enquiry.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
