This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.06.2017 and to appoint him as a Notary Public.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the application was not considered on the ground that the petitioner did not complete 27 years of practice in the year 2018. Now, the petitioner completed more than 27 years.

3. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application in the manner known to law, for declaring him as a Notary Public.
