ORDER

This writ petition has been filed sought for a direction to the respondents -1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.09.2019 and to grant permission and accord police protection to conduct the "Purattasi Festival" in Arulmigu Sri Vada Kasi Amman Thirukovil, Ariyanayagipuram on 09.10.2019 and 16.10.2019 and pass appropriate orders, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Nos.1 & 2.

2 W.P.(MD)No.20632 of 2019 the respondent Nos.1 & 2 submitted that the respondents -1 & 2 are willing to provide police protection as requested by the petitioner.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side), the first respondent is directed to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and also grant permission to conduct the "Purattasi Festival" in Arulmigu Sri Vada Kasi Amman Thirukovil, Ariyanayagipuram on 09.10.2019 and 16.10.2019 in the light of the earlier order of this Court dated 15.02.2019 passed in W.P.(MD) Nos. 3403 & 2924 of 2019 forthwith.
