Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.MAHABOOB ATHIFF, Advocate for M/s. AJMAL ASSOCIATES for the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8030 of 2021 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.11192 of 2021, dated 07.10.2021.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was complying with the condition from 14.09.2021 to 07.10.2021 and thereafter condition was modified and complied with the condition from 07.10.2021 till today, without fail.
