The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to 1/5
consider his representation, dated 4.10.2024 seeking issuance of separate patta in his name in respect of two cents in S.No.15/2, situated at Pachamalaiyan Kottai, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District.
2.Mrs.K.Malathi,learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The Petitioner claims right over two cents of land in the above mentioned survey number under release deed, dated 18.3.1983 executed by his brother Chelliah and his son in favour of Petitioner and his another brother's son Panneerselvam. However, the revenue documents stands in the name of said Panneerselvam for the entire 4 cents of land. Therefore, the Petitioner submitted the instant representation, dated 4.10.2024 seeking issuance of separate patta in his favour in respect of two cents. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner has come before his court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

who takes notice for the respondent would submit that the representation submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 04.10.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, the above said Panneerselvam and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
