This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned notification for redraw for issuance of LPG Distributorship for Mannavanur, Dindigul District (Durgam Kshetriya Vitrak Scheme) more particularly as item No.52 in the paper publication for redraw published in Dinamalar Daily (Trichy Edition) on 09.06.2018 and as far as Mannavanur LPG Distributorship and further direct the respondent herein to confirm the order dated 27.11.2017 and issue the LPG Distributorship to the petitioner in respect of Mannavanur, Dindigul District under Durgam Kshetriya Vitrak Scheme. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
