2 W.P.(MD)NO.20502 OF 2014 respondent dated 10/11/2014 in A.thi.Mu.Na.Ka./343/2014 and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent herein to take suitable action on the basis of the representation of the petitioners dated 20/10/2014 in respect of fradulent documents relating to S.No. 170/10A of an extent of 1.11.5 Acres = 2.75 acres comprised in Patta No. 591 of Palanganagudi Village, Thiruvarampur Taluk, Trichy District and forbearing the 1st respondent from entertaining any document for registration relating to the said survey number before concluding enquiry in respect of the representation of the petitioners dated 20.10.2014.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners informed the Court that he has returned the papers. Memo has also been filed. The petitioners want this Court to invoke the circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011.

3. The said circular has since been withdrawn and the orders passed by invoking the said circular have been directed to be recalled. Therefore, nothing survives for the further adjudication in this writ petition. Liberty is given to the petitioners to work out their rights in the manner known to law before the jurisdictional civil Court.

4. With this liberty to the petitioners, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
