PRAYER in WP(MD) No.20464 of 2015: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.151/2014 passed by the 2nd respondent dated 03.11.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to allot the shop no.11 situated at Sayalkudi Bus stand, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District to the petitioner.

2.Today(23.01.2024), when these writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
