to the respondent Panchayat on or before 19.11.2015 and challenging the order of allotment of shop No.11 to one Abdul Kani, the fourth respondent herein.
2.Today(23.01.2024), when these writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
