The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent herein, under which, the service connection standing in the name of Winever Investment Consultants Private Limited was transferred in the name of Winever Wind Power Energy Private Limited.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the vendor of the second respondent herein, has no title. The second respondent Company had changed their name and based upon their name change, the present impugned order has also been passed by the first respondent herein.

3. The above said facts will clearly establish that the issue is an internal arrangement between the second respondent Company and their erstwhile Company. This order is not going to the disturb the title. It is for the writ petitioner to establish his rights before the competent civil Court and thereafter, approach the first respondent authority for transferring the service connection.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
