O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to pay the arrears of interest for the subscription amount deducted from the salary of the petitioner towards the General Provident Fund while the petitioner was in service along with Dearness Allowance Arrears and Vth Pay Commission Arrears and Revised pay commission arrears within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2.Till date, counter has not been filed by the respondents. 3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation seeking for the aforementioned relief is directed to be considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame.

4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation. Prior to the filing of this Writ 2/4

Petition, the petitioner has given a representation on 05.09.2022 for the aforementioned purpose. Accordingly, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2022, seeking for payment of arrears of interest for the subscription amount deducted from the salary of the petitioner towards General Provident Fund while the petitioner was in service along with Dearness Allowance Arrears and Vth Pay Commission Arrears and Revised Pay Commission arrears, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
