ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused rank not known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294 (b), 417 and 506 (i) of I.P.C. read with Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The defacto complainant as well as the petitioner are present before this 1/3

Court and stating that now they are living together.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.15 of 2023, dated 07.08.2023.

3. In view of the above said development, this matter has become infructuous.

4. Let the parties appear before the respondent Police and give statement relating to the above said development. The respondent shall take further action in the light of the statement to be given by the parties. The parties are directed to appear before the respondent Police till the completion of above said process.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
