O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 30.03.2023, made in W.P.(MD) No.7013 of 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that subsequent to the order dated 30.03.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.7013 of 2023, the petitioner has submitted a representation along with the documents available with her to the respondent on 28.04.2023 and no more document is available with her. Therefore, it is suffice if the respondent considers the documents submitted by the petitioner, proceeds with the enquiry and passes final orders, within a period of six weeks.

3. We are inclined to extend the time already granted by this Court to the respondent in this contempt proceedings by six weeks from

today, in view of the fact that there was an ambiguity in respect of the documents produced by the petitioner. The respondent is expected to comply with the order passed by this Court, without seeking any extension of time and the in the event of failure on the part of the respondent in complying with the order passed by this Court, it is open to the petitioner to file appropriate application to restore this contempt petition.
