This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the staff fixation done by the Department for the academic year 2018-2019.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending Writ Petition, staff strength has been refixed based on the students strength and the petitioner is not willing to pursue the Writ Petition.
