ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to extend the time to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) in Crl.OP(MD)No.6184 of 2025, dated 04.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to illness, the petitioner could not comply with the order of this Court. Hence, he seeks extension of time.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time for payment of Rs.5,000/- and the execution of sureties by the petitioner before the concerned Court is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
