ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 420 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No. Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has received money from the defacto complainant for arranging Government Job. Thereafter, he has neither arranged the job nor returned the money. Therefore, the defacto complainant went to the petitioner's house, at that time, the petitioner abused him in filthy language and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry is pending before the respondent police.

4. Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble

arise, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
