ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondents 6 to 9 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 19.11.2014 and provide adequate compensation to the petitioner.
2. Heard Mr.S.M.A.Jinnah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.M.S.Sethuraman, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The counter affidavit has been filed by the fourth respondent, wherein, a specific averment has been made that pursuant to the petitioner's representation, a direction has been issued by the fourth respondent to the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police to conduct an enquiry and 3/6
submit a report. The Enquiry Officer, namely, the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police had also given a report stating that the allegations made by the petitioner are not true.
4. Since the petitioner's representation has already been considered and action has been taken, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition.
