This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge Judge, PCR Cases,Trichy District to consider the bail application to be filed by the Petitioner on the same day of its filing on his surrendering in connection with the case in Crime No. 168 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Siruganur Police Station, Trichy District.

2. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner due to there was a wordy quarrel between the Petitioner third Respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)would submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital
