Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to take appropriate steps to survey the Aadhanoor Kanmai and its water channels in Survey Nos.83 to 102 situated at Aadhanur Village, Arasanenthal Group, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District and survey Nos. 260,261,262,263,264,265, 266/1,2,3,4,268,269,274,275 at Manamadurai Group, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the SLR Document and consequently direct the respondents to remove the encroachment in the said survey numbers made there based on the representation dated 19.08.2024 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.
