"This Writ Petition is listed today under the caption 'For Reporing Compliance.'

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the third respondent submits that the order dated 23.09.2024 was challenged by the Municipality in WA.(MD)No.128 of 2025 and interim stay was granted by the Hon`ble Division Bench.
