ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner has to work out his remedy only before the jurisdictional civil Court. The writ Court cannot restrain the statutory authority from discharging his statutory functions. If the petitioner has any title dispute or property claims between the petitioner on the one hand and the private respondent on the other cannot be enquired into by the writ Court. The civil Court is the proper forum.

3. Granting liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court for appropriate relief, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
