ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the Executive Officer and the Chairman of the Town Panchayat from preventing the petitioner from attending the council meetings. The tenure of the writ petitioner as Ward Councilor has expired in the year 2016. Hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition.
