Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.N.PRAGALATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.645 of 2024, dated 12.01.2024. 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Considering the fact that totally there are 10 accused in the case and co-accused were released on anticipatory bail on condition to make a non refundable deposit of Rs.20,000/-. In view of the same, this petition is allowed and the condition No.6(b), ie, to make a non refundable deposit of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) to the credit of Environmental Committee Operated by Registrar (Judicial).

4. Time is extended for one week for producing sureties from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
