ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent not to register any sale deed, mortgage 1/4

deed and alienate pertaining to the Punja Land comprise din Survey No. 128/3D, Puliyankulam Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District on the basis of petitioners objection petition to the 2nd respondent dated 11.07.2025.

2. Admittedly, the land belongs to one Pathrakaliammal, who is the grandmother of the petitioner and the second wife of the petitioner's grandfather. The contention of the petitioner is that the said Pathrakaliammal is now influencing the sale of the properties.

3. Considering the facts, this writ petition is dispsosed of. The respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's objection in respect of the subject property, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.
