This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the 1/4

records pertaining to Crl.M.P.No.18 of 2024 in S.C.No.184 of 2016 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Court, Periyakulam and set aside the same and further to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.472 of 2022, dated 06.02.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3. In view of the nature of the relief prayed and the prayer made on behalf of the respondent police that it is necessary to keep watch on the petitioner, in view of the fact that, he is involved in a case bordering on extremism instead of setting aside the condition, I am inclined to modify the same from twice in a week to once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 7.30 pm before the same respondent police.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
