(The fifth respondent was impleaded vide order dated 16.07.2015 in MP(MD)No.1/2015) Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order in e/f/l;o2-15136-2014 dated 15.09.2014 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same and restrain the respondents from interfering with the lease hold right of the petitioner in respect of the TASMAC Shop No.7530 until the expiry of his lease period ie., 31.07.2015.

The petitioner, a TASMAC bar licensee has filed this writ petition challenging the order of the District Collector directing the petitioner to shift the bar from the existing place to some other place. 2/4

2. The petitioner was provided lease by the TASMAC Department for the year 2014 to 2015. Since the lease period itself is over, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
