This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus, directing the second respondent not to interfere with the petitioner's fishery right of Pillaiyarenthal Kanmai, Chinnavengavayal Village, Sakkottai Panchayat Union for the year 2015-2016 as per the order of the Block Development Officer, Sakkottai Panchayat Union in Na.Ka.A5/1283/15 dated 10.04.2015.

2. As the prayer sought for in this writ petition is only for the year 2015-2016, the writ petition had become infructuous and hence no further orders are required to be made in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costa. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
