ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to conduct the Arbitral proceedings and pass award within the time fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, has produced the communication of the District Collector, Ramanathapuram District, stating that against the Award, the petitioner has initiated Arbitral proceedings and the same was posted for hearing on 11.11.2022. He would also submit that in spite of notice, the petitioner has failed to appear.

3. As it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Arbitral Proceedings have been posted on 11.11.2022 for further hearing, directing the petitioner to appear before the arbitrator on 11.11.2022, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the arbitrary proceedings within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
