In this writ petition, the notice issued under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 has been challenged. During the pendency of this writ petition, order under Section 6 of the Act has been passed. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is given liberty to canvass all his contentions in W.P.(MD)No.11412 of 2015. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
