Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.PRABHU.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional public prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Today (ie., 18.11.2021), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the petitioner has not appeared for physiotherapy treatment from 12.11.2021 onwards and he is also not available in his house. But the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has taken physiotherapy treatment yesterday (ie., 17.11.2021) and another treatment is due on Saturday (ie., 20.11.2021). The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the physiotherapy treatment undergone by the petitioner in the private hospital is very much available in the Government Hospital.

2.Considering the rival submissions, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Superintendent of Police, Madurai at 10.00AM on 22.11.2021.
