This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 1598 days filing the above criminal appeal in C.A.No.101 of 2009 dated 07.02.2015 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur pending disposal of CRL.RC.

ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1598 days in filing of the above Criminal Revision Case.

(A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without reference to this Court.
