ORDER

The petitioner filed W.P(MD)No.28751 of 2023 for conducting survey. It was allowed by issuing usual set of directions. One of the primary conditions is that the petitioner must have patta in her favour. Alleging that survey has not been conducted, the present contempt petition has been moved.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate on instructions from the Tahsildar, Thiruppuvanam submitted that the petitioner is not having patta and it is in the name of Indira Gandhi, D/o.Kaleeswaran. 3.I am therefore satisfied that the respondents have not committed any contempt.
