(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The petitioner has sought for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made in Survey No.159/33 at Koodakovil Village, Tirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, forthwith, based on the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 13.04.2008, proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.2754/2011/Thi5, dated 02.12.2011 and the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.11.2014. 2.

Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has produced a communication of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No. 2/4

10/2022/E2, dated 13.09.2022, addressed to him and submitted that the encroachments pointed out by the petitioner have been removed. 3.
