ORDER:- This Petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the letter D.No. 589, dated 20/07/2020 from the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 27.09.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Calender Case in C.C.No.340/2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.589/2020, dated 20.07.2020, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 27.09.2019, made in this Criminal Original Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
