ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceedings of the second respondent passed in Fwpg;ghiz vz;: 004631/ep.gp.3/o1/2014 ehs; 08.11.2014 and consequently, direct the first respondent to conduct an enquiry into petitioner's complaint dated 21.01.2014.

2. It is submitted by both sides that there was no stay in the Writ Petition and hence, the disciplinary enquiry has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD).No.10341 of 2015 completed and orders have been passed in the impugned proceedings. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
