ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, challenging the impugned order dated 10.06.2015 and consequently direct the respondent to register the rent agreement for Shop No.8, Malaikovil Mangammal Mandapam for a monthly rent of Rs.3,000/- upto 30.06.2017 in favour of the petitioner and to hand over possession to him forthwith so as to continue him as tenant for the said period.

2. Since the lease period is over, nothing survives for adjudication. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 12.09.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Sml 2/3
