For Respondent : Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.2 of 2018 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 120(B), 406 and 420 IPC in Crime No.2 of 2018 on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and A1 along with other accused have received huge amount from the de-facto complainant and other victims by giving false promise to get Government job. Hence, the complaint.

3.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is the wife of A2 and she is innocent and A1 and A2 were already released on bail and she is no way responsible for the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

entire transaction and prayed the petitioner to be released on anticipatory bail.

4.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that it is a case of job racketing and totally 37 people were victims in this case and the petitioner along with A1 have received a sum of Rs.82,34,500/- from the victims by giving false promise to get Government job and prayed the petition to be dismissed. 5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged and on considering the fact that the quantum of amount involved in the offence and also considering the fact that investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
