This Writ Petition has been filed to permit the petitioners to be Poojari and Karaga Kaaran to Arulmigu Muthumariamman Temple, Sathani Village, Sivagangai District for the Muzhaipari Festival to be celebrated by the respondents 6 to 8 from 07.08.2023 to 15.08.2023.

2. The prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous as the festival celebration was over between 07.08.2023 and 15.08.2023. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 10.12.2025 (2/2) Speaking / Non-speaking order Index : Yes/No NCC : Yes/No mbi 2/4
