This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the the second respondent to release the petitioner's registered sale deed bearing Registration No.201403295, dated 18.12.2014. 2.Today(10.04.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner's son has already received the sale deed from the office of the Sub Registrar, Palani, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has now become infructuous. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
