To call for the records of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul in Crl A No. 26/2022 by Judgment dt. 15.04.2024 confirming the conviction and the sentence of imprisonment imposed by the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur in CC.No.85 of 2018 by the Judgment dated 22.02.2022 and set aside the Judgments of the Courts below and acquit the Petitioner.
