PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2025 in accordance with law. The petitioner with a grievance that his representation dated 11.06.2025 has not been considered by the respondent police, has filed this writ petition.

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and submits that the petitioner said to have invested huge amount in a Company, namely, Medilife Medicine and Surgical Supplies/the third respondent herein and has lodged a complaint that the third respondent has refused to return the amount as agreed. He further submits that the Inspector of Police District, Kenikkarai Police Station has conducted an enquiry in C.No.480/SP2/4

Grie/SDO/RM/2025 and C.No.215/SP-Gri/B3 PS/RMD/2025 and closed the complaint of this petitioner on 24.07.2025, by advising the parties to approach the competent civil Court to get the appropriate relief.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to this petitioner, enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
